Jennifer and Phil have shared twenty-eight wonderful years of marriage, raising their two grown children, Allie & Jake, alongside their beloved Yorkie, Ella Rose. Their affection for Emerald Isle and the Crystal Coast runs deep, making it their cherished home.

 

As the founder of East Coast Concierge Service, Jennifer oversees daily operations. With a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Advertising, an Associate's degree in Interior Design, and licenses as an NC Notary Public and NC Real Estate Broker, her extensive background in customer service, interior design, education, and ministry embodies our mission to assist others.

 

Phil spearheads service development and engages new clients. His diverse background in ministry and the military ensures our hospitality and property services are delivered with meticulous care. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, and also a licensed NC Real Estate Broker, Phil brings invaluable expertise to our team.
