Providing essentials and amenities that guests may need during their stay enhances the experience and ensures a great first impression, which can lead to positive reviews and an increase in bookings. To help give you some guidance on what to provide, we've created a list of our suggestions (geared specifically for beach rentals).
Living Room:
• sofa and chairs that allow for enough seating to fit your guests comfortably
• smart tv or streaming device
• puzzles and games are always a nice touch
• adequate lighting
Kitchen:
• coffee maker/keurig
• tea kettle
• toaster/toaster oven
• blender
• can opener and bottle opener for bottles and wine
• dishware/flatware (an adequate amount of plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, utensils to accommodate your guest
• cookware (pots, pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils, knives, mixing bowls)
