I am a Queens Court (Emerald Isle) condo rental unit owner who lives out-of-state. My cleaning company gave me short notice about not being available or providing a backup for a Saturday morning cleaning. I called Jenn and Phil of East Coast Concierge Service for their help. Phil got back to me immediately and solved my problem! He participated in a group text with my cleaning company for cleaning details and towel distribution. Phil also picked up my spare keys from a local resident. Even payment was easy, using PayPal. I called my Saturday guest to see if the beds were made and the condo was cleaned to their satisfaction.
